There is a list of activities, of needs and wants each day. Self-awareness this past week (or two!) has led me to work on practicing just. getting. started. Do you know what I mean? There are things that need doing, and I know I need to do them, but sometimes freeze like a deer in headlights. I need a little mental shake, to hear my inner voice as it says, “YOU are the one who needs to get things started. Do it. NOW!”
Getting on my mat was one thing.
Finishing up the last bits of this baby sweater was another.
